Due to the nature of our cosmetic and personal care products, DufCosmetics does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and paid for.

Please double-check your cart, shades, product selections, and quantities before checking out.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

We will assess your case and may offer a replacement.

Proof such as clear photos or videos will be required.

3. Delivery & Address Errors

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered parcels caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Courier delays
  • Failure to collect PUDO locker parcels in time

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Hygiene & Safety Notice

For hygiene and safety reasons, all makeup, skincare, and beauty-related items are strictly non-returnable.

Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be returned — even if unused.

5. Sale, Promotional & Bundle Items

All discounted items, promotions, bundles, and limited-time offers are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstance.
