Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification email when your order has been dispatched with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

Delivery usually takes 2-7 business days within South Africa. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

• Tracking: You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched

International Shipping

We currently deliver within South Africa only. For international delivery inquiries, please contact us on WhatsApp or via email.

Delivery Issues

If you are not home when the courier arrives, they will attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule. If delivery fails multiple times, the order may return to us.

Change of Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp, but only if your order hasn't been shipped yet.

How do I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
